On day 8 April 2010 took up his new position as Commander of the 8th Area Civil Guard of Aragon, Exm º. D. Germain Gómez Rodríguez, whose acts were invited members of our Consular Corps.
attended the Dean D. Jean Paul Bastiaans, the Dean D. Alfredo de Ojeda, Consul of the Ivory Coast, D. Francisco Mata and the Consul of Chile, D. Pedro Valdivia.
The beautiful ceremony took place in the barracks San Fernando, located in the Paseo del Canal de Zaragoza, in the presence of senior officials and representatives of various bodies of the Police and Civil Guard.
After the speeches, a moving remembrance for those killed in the line of duty and the anthem of the Civil Guard who put the willies more than one, ending the event with a parade of the different bodies to the present.
We thank the Director General of Police and Civil Guard and for inviting us to participate of this important event.
Finally, we congratulate the General Germain Gómez Rodríguez and wish him luck with his new responsibility, no doubt, you know faced with the greatest efficiency.
